Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Once a perfume has been opened, tested, or sprayed, it can no longer be refunded or returned.

All costs involved in returning the parcel—including shipping, courier fees, and any additional charges—are the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to our provided return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you via email. We will confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or payment method again.

Then contact your bank or credit provider. Processing times may vary before a refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for any approved return. Once we receive the unopened return, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying all shipping and courier fees for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.
